Our Process

If you decide to hire us to do your relocation for you, here is how the process will go:

Step 1: Initial Assessment

Schedule a Video Call: We’ll ask some basic questions to see if Thailand might be a good option for your loved one, and you can learn more about what the different facilities have to offer and our personal recommendations.

Schedule a Follow Up: If everyone sees a potential good fit we’ll schedule a follow up call to preview facilities and rooms and meet directly with the facility management.

Step 2: Facility Selection

Virtual Tour: We’ll arrange a preview of all the best options given your loved one’s particular stage, needs, dementia type, and other factors, such as if the family or spouse wants to visit regularly, live-in or live nearby for a time, and so on.

Management & Care Team: A crucial part of the facility selection process will be meeting the management and staff that will make up your future memory care team.

Step 3: Deposit & Preparation for Relocation

50% Deposit: Once a facility has been selected it’s time to put down a deposit and plan the relocation. During the next 30 days, we handle all logistics remotely—such as visas, purchasing tickets, travel arrangements, and medical clearances.

Pre-Relocation Guidance: We’ll provide advice on preparing your loved one for the transition, offer tips on personal items to bring, and remain available for support throughout this preparation period.

Step 4: Relocation Window

Personalized Travel Support: During the travel window, we arrange door-to-door transportation with a dedicated travel escort team. This team includes trained caregivers to provide comfort and support during the journey, and a logistics coordinator to handle customs and travel documents, ensuring a smooth relocation process.

Family Updates: We keep you updated throughout the journey, notifying you of each step, from departure to arrival at the facility in Thailand.

Step 5: Transition to Care Facility

Facility Orientation: Upon arrival, we introduce your loved one to their new residence and care team. We also orient them with the routines, amenities, and surroundings to help ease the transition.

Initial Adjustment Period: The care team provides special attention during the initial period to ensure comfort and familiarity, with extra activities and engagement to help them settle in comfortably.

Step 6: Continuity of Communication

Ongoing Family Communication: After your loved one is settled in, we remain a point of contact for ongoing updates on their well-being and progress. We help establish regular communication channels between you and the facility's care team to keep you connected and informed.

Regular Updates & Flexible Options: As your loved one’s care needs evolve, we are here to help with any changes or support you may need, offering flexible solutions to ensure their ongoing comfort and quality of life.
